Health 1 Medical has been providing family medicine, women's health, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and cosmetic services in our Lake Grove office for over 20 years.  We take pride in the level of care we provide our patients. We treat the entire family for routine medical conditions and acute conditions. We provide school physicals and surgical medical clearance, and specialize in the treatment and management of no fault and workers' compensation cases.

 

Health 1 Medical maintains strong relationships with attorneys who refer patients to us for medical evaluation and treatment of their no fault and/or workers’ compensation cases. We provide detailed medical reports and narratives that stand up in court and to provide the best possible outcome for our patients.

 

Health 1 Medical makes every effort to stay in touch with the community’s needs, and participates in community events. Walk-in patients are accepted throughout the day. In 2013, the practice converted to electronic medical records to better serve our patients.
